The hotel felt a bit dated, to be honest. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the room felt stuffy. It was difficult to sleep well. also, the breakfast buffet was quite limited, and the food wasn't particularly fresh. I expected a better selection for the price i paid.

lee at the front desk provided really good service i arrived very late and he made me feel very welcome the breakfast was definitely worth trying it was a huge buffet and a perfect way to start the day the hotel offers transport to the airport every 30 minutes it is very convenient
the check-in process was slow the communication before arrival was not great the shuttle bus location was not very well communicated there was no air conditioning available and the temperature in my room was very high the hotel provided a fan but the room was still too hot to sleep well the showers were not great as they were only average the rooms looked tired

Sound insulation could be improved. Noise from outside disturbed my sleep.

decent, but some issues need attention

musty odorslow shuttle
the initial room assigned had a noticeable musty odor, a dehumidifier was running with a full tank, which i found concerning. the air conditioning in the replacement room wasn't effective, the room never got as cool as i wanted. plus, the noise from the planes was pretty constant. the shuttle service could be more frequent (i had to wait a while) and the shuttle driver drove too fast.
